Dr. Hicks is incredibly informational, gentle and to the point. My daughter is only one years old and I had some concerns about her jaw development. Dr. Hicks answered all my questions in a very timely manner. He is also super gentle, he cleaned food out from a one year olds tooth and made it look easy. He went over tooth eruption sequence, how to brush her teeth, the frequency and how to handle teething. This office is also the second cleanest place I’ve ever been to in my life besides an operating room. I highly recommend this practice and I’m happy we got in as new patients.

This is the best pediatric dentist we have found! Dr. Hicks does an excellent job communicating with my son, explaining each step of the process and what will be happening with his teeth in a way that makes him feel comfortable and at ease. The hygienist is also outstanding and provides exceptional care during every visit. I highly recommend this dental office for children!

We have been to many pediatric dentists as we have moved several times. The experience at Pediatric Dentistry of Johns Creek is 10/10!!! They got all 4 of my kids in for cleanings so quickly. Everyone is super friendly! Their system is beyond efficient,l. Dr. Hicks was wonderful! We needing one small filling-once again, another seamless and efficient appointment. So-so happy to bring my kids here!

I had such a great experience at this pediatric dental office! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the assistant was gentle and attentive, and Dr. Hicks was amazing, very patient and caring. They made my daughter feel comfortable all the time. The level of care and attention we received was truly excellent. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a positive dental experience for their child!

I love coming here. Our Son has been coming since his first tooth came in. Hes 5 now, and Dr. Hicks is so pleasant and relatable. The office is always immaculate and clean. Even though we drive just under and hour to get here I dont mind because I know my son is well taken care of and examined. Even his staff is top notch from check in to check out!
